Warranty Policy

The craftsmanship of your product is guaranteed to be free of defects. The manufacturer may warrant to the purchaser that they will correct any defects in material or workmanship by either repair or replacement.  If a manufacturing defect has been identified upon receipt of your rug, or develops under normal conditions of use, a warranty claim may be filed.

Manufacturers warranties are only valid if the rug is used in conjunction with a rug pad.  Failure to follow the specific cleaning and care instructions located on our cleaning and care page will void the warranty.  The rug must be properly utilized and maintained from the time of purchase.  The warranty does not cover normal wear, acts of nature, stains, tears, burns, cuts, pulls, or animal/pet damage.  Damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning methods is not covered. 

There are outside elements that may affect your rug’s appearance over time.  These conditions are normal, and are therefore not considered manufacturing defects.   Some of these conditions are roll marks, matting, and shedding.  Due to the use of natural fibers and dyes, color and texture may vary slightly from one rug to another.  Exposure to sunlight, humidity, and heat may cause color changes. 

To initiate a claim for a product still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please request an RMA through our return center accessible from your account. After your claim is submitted, a customer support specialist will review your request and respond with instructions for completing the claim.

Based on damage, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product at their discretion.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product in question back to the manufacturer for inspection.
