Return Policy

Your satisfaction and customer experience are our top priority.  RugsNow has designed our return process to be easy and hassle-free. Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, less return shipping costs or exchange it for a product of equal or greater value and we'll pay for the return shipping costs. To initiate a return or exchange, follow the instructions below and our customer care team will address your concerns as quickly as possible. 

Requesting a Return

  • Submit your RugsNow return request within 30 days of receiving your order through our RugsNow return center accessible from your account.
  • Our customer care team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.
  • You will be emailed a pre-paid UPS return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item(s) to our fulfillment center.
  • All returns are subject to return shipping charges.
  • Return shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund amount at the time your refund is processed.
  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving an RMA number.
  • Item(s) received later than 10 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
  • Returns sent back without an RMA number are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition.
  • Returns may be refused or charged a 25% cleaning fee if soiled, damaged, or dirty. 
  • Returns may be subject to a 15% manufacturer's restocking fee.
  • Returns that have not shipped within 15 days of the issuance of an RMA may be cancelled, and future returns may be denied. 
  • Once the item(s) are received and inspected by our fulfillment center, your refund will be issued less return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
  • You will receive an email confirmation from RugsNow once we have processed your refund, which will be issued to the original method of payment.

Requesting an Exchange

  • Submit your RugsNow exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order through our return center accessible from your account.
  • Our customer care team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.
  • You will be emailed a pre-paid UPS return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item(s) to our fulfillment center.
  • If we cannot offer an exchange, you will automatically be given a refund, which will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • You will not incur any return shipping costs when you exchange your original order for a product of equal or greater value.

Because this is one of the most generous return policies in the industry, any return requests initiated 30 days after an order is received will be strictly denied.  Any item that is defective at time of arrival, or is found to be defective within 30 days of arrival will be covered under our warranty policy.
 

Cancellations


We want you to have complete satisfaction with your RugsNow order.  If for any reason you change your mind or need to cancel your order, you have up to 24 hours to contact us.  All RugsNow orders that are cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund.  Because we rush your orders out of our warehouse as quickly as possible, we do charge a 20% cancellation fee for all cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after the order is placed.
